PCB Layout Design Tutorial for the Novice. The Villanova Electronics Inventors Club (VEIC) hosted a seminar for engineering students on Jan. 31, 2009, entitled Printed Circuit Board Design for the Novice. The seminar provided a hands-on introduction to the freeware version of the CadSoft Eagle PCB Layout Design software.
