This is a pads netlist importer. It is based on the prior postings of Jean Simonet and Ralf Kilguss (Tango importer). This script for Eagle 5.0 loops through all library pins in a symbol(s) and converts old style inverted pin names (active low) to use the new overstrike symbol \"!\" feature supported in Eagle 5.0.
