Orig. lbr contains packages in THT which have 3 pads, supporting opt. assembly of 2 different lead-wire spacings, but symbols C-EU and C-US have only 2 pins. Added devices C-EU-3 and C-US-3 with 3 pins, pins and corresp. pads renamed to 1, 21 and 22.
